Gefco selects eConnect to follow-up and monitor shipments

Gefco strives for a continuous improvement of their service to their customers as well as to better coöperation with their partners.

In order to further expand this in the future, the choice was made for using the eConnect portal  after an intensive test period.

eConnect will provide Gefco with the necessary insights during the execution of their shipments by subcontractors and will calculate exact arrival times (ETA) that will be used as the basis of the waiting times at locations.

Both the subcontractors and the clients are informed this way unambiguously.
